Syscon Group encourages each of its employees to engage in socially responsible activities. This comes from the strong conviction that good businesses have the power to make a difference to society. Every year various teams visit orphanages, hospitals and old age homes, distribute food and spend time among with inmates.

Syscon’s CSR is also directed towards the environment and energy saving activities. Saplings are planted as part of the company’s Vanamahotsava celebration. As part of inculcating an energy saving culture, regular sessions on conservation of electricity and energy are organized within the organization. New staffs are oriented at the time of induction itself.
